Step 1: Apply Online
Create an OpenCCC account using a personal email (or login if you already have an account) and fill out the online application for any of the SDCCD colleges.

Step 3: Create/Update Your Education Plan with a Counselor
Students looking to earn a degree or certificate, or transfer to a four-year insitution, are highly recommended to meet with a counselor to develop and education plan. Your education plan is your roadmap to complete your educational objective.
