When the District needs to purchase equipment, materials, supplies, or services that exceed the mandated bid limit threshold, normally an invitation to submit a bid or proposal is offered. These notices are routinely published in the Daily Transcript. The active bids may be downloaded from this website or obtained from the Purchasing and Contract Services Department.

IMPORTANT - Formal Bids must be submitted by the date and time indicated on the bid. Only hard-copy sealed bids will be accepted. Bids received after the deadline and faxed bids will not be considered. Please allow ample time if your bid is sent by mail.
