Employee ID Cards

Payroll Office hours are Mon-Fri, 9:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.

As a current contract faculty or staff member, you may call Payroll at 619-388-6582 to schedule an appointment to have a new picture taken for your ID Card. 

Payroll will be scheduling employee appointments between the hours of 9 a.m. to 3 p.m., Monday through Friday. Appointments will be available every fifteen minutes and can be scheduled up to 2 weeks in advance. However, it will only take a few minutes to issue your ID Card. Walk-ins are welcome, but it may take longer to assist you as employees with prior appointments will be assisted first.

Bring photo identification to your appointment or an ID Card will not be issued.
