Welcome to the SDCCD IT Service Desk. The IT Service Desk staff provides immediate technical assistance during business hours. If the issue or question cannot be resolved or answered quickly, we will open a case with an assigned number and refer it to the appropriate on-site staff for follow up.

How to create incidents and service requests

8 a.m. to 5 p.m., Monday thru Friday except District Holidays.

After Hours

For urgent or next day requests, please call the IT Service Desk and a technician will record and forward your issue to our on-call support technician who will return your call within 30 minutes.

For all non-urgent issues, please create a request at A help desk technician will follow up with you by the next business day.


General Information Required:

(Please have the following information available)

  • Follow up contact information
  • Description of problem or request, including any error messages if applicable
  • Location of equipment
  • EQ# of affected equipment (Property of SDCCD sticker located on District equipment)
  • Due Date for non-urgent requests (please allow a 3 day lead time)

Please be aware, some requests require approvals before the work can be scheduled.
