Upcoming Needed Campus Action Items (Time Sensitive):

Miramar College:

  1. Performing Arts Center & English/Gallery Project: Campus feedback on the exterior rendering is being addressed. As a result, the SD deliverable, originally anticipated for Jun. 1, is now expected on Jun. 29. Additional delays in providing feedback may further impact the project schedule.
  1. Montgomery Field Aviation Instructional Center: The district has advised that it may pursue an alternate site location due to approval and regulatory hurdles at Montgomery Field. Design is continuing while other locations are being considered. The DBE recommends pausing design if a location has not been determined by the end of the 100% DD phase. If feedback or direction is not provided soon, design will have to be pushed out even further.
