Project Insights
Bid Advertisement #1 was published on January 26, 2026, and Bid Advertisement #2 was published on February 26, 2026. Bids were due on February 17, 2026. The Notice to Proceed was issued on March 26, 2026, followed by the Construction Kickoff Meeting on March 27, 2026. The construction phase is scheduled from June 17, 2026, through July 13, 2026. As of May 29, 2026, the contractor is progressing with the construction schedule and submittal process.
Upcoming Milestones:
- Construction Phase is anticipated to start on June 17, 2026 and continue through July 13, 2026.
- Closeout Phase: July 14, 2026 through July 20, 2026.
Project Features
- Inverters identified in each building (Buildings MS, BT, Q100, Q200, S, SB and Stadium East) are scheduled to be replaced in kind.
- Contractor shall remove existing inverters as part of their scope of work.
- Removal scope shall include associated batteries.
