Project Progress Update
Upcoming Milestones:
- Crane pick scheduled for July 24 to remove the existing chiller and install the new chiller and pump equipment.
- System is anticipated to be energized on July 29.
- Punch walk and final acceptance walk scheduled for August 11.
- Project is complete and rutned over to campus.

- Demo and replace existing duct work in the office spaces on Level 1.
- Demo and replace existing WSHPs, split units, and associated duct work in the classrooms on Level 2.
- Demo and replace existing CCCT-1, P-1, P-2, VFD-1, VFD-2, VFD-3, ET-1, and AS-1 in mechanical yard.
