  • IMPORTANT UPDATE
    October 10, 2018

Earlier this year, the district announced that the transition to the new Student Information System for students – mySDCCD would go live for Spring 2019 registration.

The new student portal: mySDCCD has been live for financial aid students since April 2018.  Throughout this time, the Financial Aid staff at City, Mesa and Miramar Colleges have been working tirelessly processing over 20,000 financial aid applications and awarding over $20 million in financial aid.

Considering the scale of the project and the impact on registration, the go-live schedule for registration in mySDCCD has been postponed to Summer 2019 to ensure a smooth and stable implementation.

  • Preparation for Financial Aid Go-Live
    April 22, 2018
On Monday, April 30th, Campus Solutions will begin loading financial aid applications for the 2018-2019 academic year.  This is a major first step in the roll-out of Campus Solutions.  Emails to students with information regarding the status of their financial aid application for the 2018-2019 academic year will be sent out starting May 1st.

To help support the go-live, the District has published a Go-Live Tool Kit.  Please review the Go-Live Took Kit for more information on how the financial aid go-live will impact students and the colleges.

  • Countdown to Go-Live
    April 10, 2018

The Campus Solutions implementation will consist of a staggered launch that is driven by the student lifecycle.  For example, in order for students to register for classes, classes must be created and published in the course schedule.  While most processes will go live in July, there are some business processes such as processing financial aid applications and building the class schedule that will begin in March.
