of age, Parents of children under 18 years of age, and intercollegiate athletes may be eligible for priority registration if documentation is submitted prior to deadline, contact the College Admissions or Veterans or Athletics Office for required verification.
Class Deadline Dates
Class Deadline Dates can be different for each class depending on when the class meets and the session start and end date. Class Deadline Dates include:
- Deadline to Receive, Process & Pay for Add Codes
- Deadline to Drop Classes with No "W" recorded.
- Deadline to Drop & be Eligible for Refund of Enrollment Fees &/or Non- Resident Tuition
- Deadline to select Pass/No Pass option
- Withdrawal Deadline - No Drops Accepted After This Date

NOTE: Processing of a permission number includes making full payment. Financial Aid students must also process their financial aid payments, and pay the health fee (as applicable), through mySDCCD. Note: CCPG does not pay for student health fees, with the exception of CCPG-A.
It is your responsibility to adhere to the deadlines. No late adds or drops will be processed.

When to apply for Graduation:
Associates Degree
Students are encouraged to apply for graduation for an Associate Degree after they have registered for the semester in which they plan to complete the requirements for their degree program.
Certificate of Achievement
Students working toward a Certificate of Achievement should apply for graduation after they have registered for the semester in which they plan to complete the requirements for their certificate.
The application for graduation is an online form, which is completed through your mySDCCD portal. click "Apply for Graduation" under the My Success Path pagelet on your homepage. Official transcripts from all colleges attended MUST be on file along with a Transcript Evaluation Request before submitting the Application for Graduation.
