This section contains the many documents that IT has created to help configure and use the various applications and subsystems supported by the IT staff.

Most of these documents contain screen captures and step-by-step directions on how to use the main features of the application.

Scheduled Updates

The current PeopleSoft PeopleTools version is in the process of being updated to version 8.61.  The PeopleSoft system is scheduled to be down for migration October 18-20, 2024, and be restored Monday, October 21, 2024.  For general employee self-service users, there should be no change to view or access.  Users who access additional pages within HCM and Finance will notice a new look in the right hand NavBar and an expanded search option that allows users to access recent searches and save often used searches.  Additional features, including analytics functionality, will be available in the coming months.  Keep an eye out for more information.

Demos have been scheduled for various user groups throughout the district, as well as specific training sessions for departmental power users.
