Environmental Notices

The California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) is a statute that requires state and local agencies to identify and evaluate the significant environmental impacts of their actions and, if feasible, avoid or mitigate those impacts.

The San Diego Community College District (SDCCD) provides electronic copies of these environmental documents for public review as described in the public notices prepared for the project. This is consistent with Assembly Bill 209, which requires a public agency to provide the public with a location for obtaining an electronic copy of the environmental document under review.

The environmental documents listed below have been prepared and are available for public review. Each document has a published review period. Written comments are due by the end of the review period at 5 p.m.

Electronic comments are preferred and can be sent via email to [email protected] with the project name in the subject line. Comments may also be submitted by mail to the following address, provided they are postmarked no later than the close of the public review period:

PROGRAM ENVIRONMENTAL IMPACT REPORT:

A Draft Program Environmental Impact Report has been prepared for the City College Facilities Master Plan and is available for public review until October 5, 2026.
