Welcome to the Institutional Innovation and Effectiveness (II&E) Division.
At SDCCD, we work with our colleges and district offices to advance strategic planning, institutional research, accreditation, and the thoughtful integration of innovation and emerging technologies. Our focus is on providing tools, insights, and opportunities for engagement that strengthen data-informed decision-making, support continuous improvement, and foster inclusive innovation across the district.
As Vice Chancellor, I’m proud to introduce our talented team and the work we do which is always grounded in equity, student success, and a shared commitment to ongoing growth. We bring people together to shape shared strategy, conduct and share research that informs action, unlock funding, and create opportunities that support faculty and staff in reaching their goals. Whether through strategic planning sessions, research-based insights, AI literacy workshops, communities of inquiry and practice, or tailored resources, we’re here as your partners to learn, ideate, support and continuously change and improve to support our community.
