The San Diego Community College District Compensation Office provides and manages salary information for faculty, classified staff, administrators, and retired employees. In addition, the Compensation Office oversees and manages various programs that affect an employees' salary. Salary Information

Classified (Office Technical, ACE, SPAA, Management)

  • Educational Incentive Program Form: every passing 12 semester or 18 quarter units earned at an accredited institution can grant +1 step movement on current salary schedule. Units must be enrolled and earned after your contract start date. Send completed form to classifiedei@sdccd.edu. 
    • ***Management - Must submit Educational Incentive to the Professional Development Committee for processing**
  • Tuition Reimbursement Form: upon satisfactory completion (grade of “C” or above) of a course from an accredited institution, a unit member shall be reimbursed for tuition, registration fees (including fees for official transcripts), books, and laboratory fees. The total amount reimbursed shall not exceed maximum amount that is listed within the corresponding CBA or Handbook. Send completed form to classifiedei@sdccd.edu. Please note that SPAA employees are not eligible for tuition reimbursement at this time.

  • Professional Advancement Committee (PAC): every form of 15 semester units approved from your campus’ PAC can grant +1 class movement on the current faculty salary schedule. Units must be earned after your contract start date. Please refer to your campus’ PAC Chair for process, forms and questions regarding this salary advancement program:
